Review
While the tech was nice, he was almost two hours late, despite calling me twice, the last call saying, he was on the way about 5/10 minutes out. This was at 4:40. At approx. 5:45 I called his cell to tell him I would have to reschedule, as I have horses and goats I had to take care of. Due to health issues, it takes me longer and I don’t do it after dark for safety reasons. The call went to the phone service. He showed up right after I hung up. He told me it would only be a few minutes. He was here til well after 6 pm. I wasn’t able to get all my evening feedings til shortly after dark. He added freon to the AC unit. We were charged over 360 dollars. Not impressed for several reasons. We will be calling around next time,

Upon Arrival I found a piece of insulation blocking blower. Also was low on 410a. It was added system is working.
