AC unit making noise when fan starts and stops, as if it needs lubricated. Don’t know if it matters but had one fan capacitor replaced by On Time on 6/23 during summer service.

Called about a clogged toilet. Person was supposed to arrive around 1-3pm but whoever was assigned it didn’t get it so I ended up waiting until almost 5. When I called back they were super apologetic and nice. They also didn’t charge me for the after hours rate since my original time was during normal hours. Once the technician Jason showed up it was not even 15 minutes to get it fixed. Very nice employees who just had an issue with technology.
