Over all the service was good…..they asked where the water heater was and I stated in the back (meaning back room) a 50 gallon one. They plugged in an old water heater that was under the cabinets 15 gallon one and opened valve to a water heater we haven’t used in 4 years resulting in no hot water for our store. They honestly should have asked why it was unplugged and the valve was off

If it rains, customer stated that you will want to go down 170th St to get to him. Call him for more info if it rains, as he doesn't want you to get stuck.
