The customer is calling about a leak in his main line and the upcoming move of his meter to the front of the home. He mentioned the meter will be 40 feet from the house and the source is 15 feet inside. He is requesting reconnections of the lines to avoid having the water shut off for too long.

JACOB and I are going there next Wednesday. He has electric that needs to be updated. Also need to run stainless steel 3/8 flex connector. It is copper right now and the dryer vent needs to be switched to metal. It is plastic because this is a gas fire appliance.

Finding water soaking the carpet in the basement laundry room is always a downer. But, thank goodness I called On Time Plumbing for help. Jeremy Cockrum was soon on the job and found the source of the leak immediately. He explained everything clearly and advised me as to the best plan to solve the problem. He contacted the restoration and excavation companies and arranged for the necessary services. Everything was well-coordinated and the work was done in less than half a day. I only had to unlock the house. Jeremy is experienced and is totally professional and equally kind and empathetic to a homeowner's frustration and understanding. He made me feel confident that I chosen the right company. I can't say enough good things about his service. I highly recommend On Time Plumbing, and I hope you are lucky enough to have Jeremy as your plumber.

Willy took the time to make sure the job was done absolutely right, my toilet was having really out of the ordinary problems and he stuck it out and got it fixed for me, saving me a lot of money on having to buy a new toilet. I could not be happier with the experience that I had today. When I had a blocked kitchen drain that I could not remedy myself on a Saturday, I figured it would either have to wait until next week, or I would have to pay extortion fees to get it done today. I could not have been more wrong. I called ' On Time Plumbing, Heating & Air'. I was told that they could and would be able to send someone to my house. A technician would be calling me soon. Sure enough I quickly received a call from Jason. He let my know what the likely cost of the service would be, which was very reasonable to me. He then told me he would be coming my way. Jason arrived when he said he would and got things ready. We were pleased that he took care to keep the work area clean and protected while he worked. Jason was friendly, polite, and very professional. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He was able to reverse the trouble I caused and got my drain flowing smoothly and quickly again. It was quite a relief to have the work completed in short order on a Saturday. We will not hesitate to call "On Time Plumbing" and Jason the next time I screw something up or something just fails. Thank You for taking good care of us and solving our problem.
