Heat pump was in hard lock out reset checked amp draws and caps , found comp cap low 40 should be 45 , replaced with customer request. Checked pressures ok , found customer had a 14 mere filter in 1+25+20 and a 3” filter probably what caused system to lock out took 14 mere filter out.

I was given excellent customer service from the first phone call I made. The whole process from start to finish was professional, friendly and well explained. Colton put my mind at ease with his experience and knowledge on the new hot water heater I purchased and he installed. The price was more than fair for all of it. Plus when the work was completed he cleaned up the work area. I will recommend "On Time" to my family and friends. I will also use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
