On Time plumbing installed a widespread faucet approximately a year and a half maybe two years ago we can check the record. Customer called us out again today for a steady stream of water found seats and springs, pinched on hot side, steady flow removed, replaced seats and springs and I did not charge customer full price due to the fact that he had we had to put in the original Fossett reduce the price down to help accommodate customer at this time.

Customer approved a two4750 to tear it apart and diagnose it upon doing so I found a pump to be in working order as well as the float to be in working order. Had big water tissue on top of float and float was too long hitting the pit wall remove pump, shortened float and resealed. Everything working correctly at this time. Gave customer options to replace since we had it apart due to her financial situation she can’t completed appointment completely. Satisfied at this time, however, refuse to pay the $247.50 upon leaving saying she wants to talk to Kevin first that he was going to remove the previous work order from this one. I explain Jason truly did his job as it had a stoppage on the toilet line between toilet and Pitt, however, she feels it should’ve been taken care of at that time in route. Doesn’t want to pay now.

These guys are great! I had them come out for an annual check of my furnace after being quoted a price on the phone. A flat rate, ya all! Unheard of and so very appreciated for those of us who work paycheck to paycheck. Timothy came out and in short order all was set. He recommended replacing an inexpensive part but let me know it was probably going to last the winter (no hard sell) so I said let's do it when I get paid can I schedule that. He locked the quote in for me so there were no surprises, and I called on the following Monday to schedule my appointment.
