First visit on Tuesday and replaced / repaired 3 light fixture's and gave estimate for bathroom exhaust fan. Returned Friday of same week and were able to replace instead of cutting and expanding for new. I was very happy with service from Lathan and the price was very reasonable. Will use again!

What is a recall on a stoppage tub overflow lever, broke off, leaving plunger in pipe. Gave customer estimate to replace tub overflow. Unable to do it this time. Was able to move plunger around for a second time to get drain cleared knowing it won’t. Stay cleared. needs to have new tub overflow and possible P-trap. No other warranties or sneaking that this time.

Completed a tankless water heater transition in Augusta, KS. The customer wanted to convert their tankless system from Natural gas to propane. I first ensured the compatibility, luckily they had the right unit for the conversion. An LP kit was provided by the homeowner, and I ensured the kit was installed successfully. The tankless water heater is now operating efficiently, delivering reliable hot water.
