Customer removed existing reverse osmosis system from under sink recently, RO system had a saddle valve connected to cold side water line under sink. Tech cut out section of copper water line containing puncture from previous saddle valve and reworked removed section in new 1/2” copper and 1/2” copper pro press fittings. Turned water back on to check for leaks/operation, no leaks found and water line working properly

Toilet Repair Service for a residential customer. Pulled out a toilet for the homeowner and replaced the wax seal to repair a leak. The leak has been repaired for the customer.

Furnace Repair for a residential customer. Called out to repair a furnace that was not working for the customer. After inspecting the furnace, found the burners needed to be replaced on the unit. Returned the next day with the correct parts and replaced the burners to bring the unit back to working order.

Plumbing Repair Service. Customer called with complaints about a slow-draining sink in the downstairs bathroom. Drain clearing performed to bring the home’s sink back to working order.

Bathroom Leak Repair Service. Upon arrival at a residential home, discovered the source of the leak to be behind the drywall in the kitchen. After removing a piece of the wall, located a hole in the pipe to the kitchen, causing the issue. Replaced the broken pipe and dried the area for the homeowner. The leak has been repaired.

Furnace Repair Service in Country Ridge. Upon arrival at the residential home found the limit switch on the system in need of replacement. Performed replacement of the limit switch, to improve performance of the home’s furnace. The customer was happy on departure.

Furnace Repair Service for a broken heating system. Sent out to a residential customer’s home to inspect and repair their furnace. Upon arrival found the heating elements burnt out on the furnace unit. Replaced heating elements to bring the system back to operation.

Performed regular maintenance on the water heater in a residential home to ensure that it would continue to serve them effectively and limit the need for repairs. Tightened the unit's loose fittings. All components checked out well on the unit.

A residential home's water heater was not producing hot water for the household. Sent to look into the origin of the issue. discovered that the issue was caused by the unit's pilot light not being lit. To get the appliance working again for the pleased homeowner, relight the pilot light.
