I could not be happier with the experience that I had today. When I had a blocked kitchen drain that I could not remedy myself on a Saturday, I figured it would either have to wait until next week, or I would have to pay extortion fees to get it done today. I could not have been more wrong. I called ' On Time Plumbing, Heating & Air'. I was told that they could and would be able to send someone to my house. A technician would be calling me soon. Sure enough I quickly received a call from Jason. He let my know what the likely cost of the service would be, which was very reasonable to me. He then told me he would be coming my way. Jason arrived when he said he would and got things ready. We were pleased that he took care to keep the work area clean and protected while he worked. Jason was friendly, polite, and very professional. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He was able to reverse the trouble I caused and got my drain flowing smoothly and quickly again. It was quite a relief to have the work completed in short order on a Saturday. We will not hesitate to call "On Time Plumbing" and Jason the next time I screw something up or something just fails. Thank You for taking good care of us and solving our problem.

perfect tenant system would not turn off based on temp nor with off switch. had to turn off at breaker. on arrival turned breaker on. test system with thermostat temp and switch. found no issues. discussed with Leslie and replaced old mercury bulb thermostat.

Found dirty filter customer already pulled out before I got here , I asked him if Tim pulled it out when he was here he said yes . The common wire was off of the board going to blower motor . I can’t prove it but I believe customer put filter back in after Tim left and figured it out that that was issue before I got there and pulled common wire off to make it look like are technician left it off so he didn’t get charged so just warrantied call for sake of an argument.

Took out old flue found that it’s rusted at connection through floor would have to replace the whole flue , put back like it was , customer don’t have funds to do the whole flue no charge for today
