Your service tech was prompt, personable and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us options regarding the services to be performed. But the prices were extremely high. Example: His estimate to replace a "lav sink drain pop-up" was $376. The pop-up mechanism is currently on sale at Menards for less than $10, and I've replaced one myself in the past in less than an hour. Again, the tech was great, but the prices seem steep, to say the least.

Josh was amazing. Communicate well did clean work and was in and out in a timely manor. Office staff also communicated well and I’m appreciative of the service. Great service good quality. Expensive. I guess good shit isn’t cheap and cheap shit isn’t good.
