Andover, KS - Upon arrival was Doing diagnostic on tank everything operating normally at this time. However, I did see the blue on top of the tank smash down directly onto tank, not allowing for airflow. Upon maintenance man arriving at apartment, they decided they will fix it. There self and don’t need us to replace the tank at this time. It probably re-occurs. They may want to take replaced however, tank is only six years old.

These guys are great! I had them come out for an annual check of my furnace after being quoted a price on the phone. A flat rate, ya all! Unheard of and so very appreciated for those of us who work paycheck to paycheck. Timothy came out and in short order all was set. He recommended replacing an inexpensive part but let me know it was probably going to last the winter (no hard sell) so I said let's do it when I get paid can I schedule that. He locked the quote in for me so there were no surprises, and I called on the following Monday to schedule my appointment.
